そばは非常に良い、香り、コシ、温かいのにありがちなダラッとしたのでなく、キリッとしたので好みだった。つゆは好みだな、少し甘めの更科系で私には合わなかったがレベルは低くない
私はモロに江戸系なので甘いつゆが好みでなかったが、こんな田舎でそこそこ美味いそばを食わせてくれた当店に感謝
Tanuki soba, I asked for a warm one
I liked the buckwheat because it was very nice, fragrant, chewy, and crispy, not the dullness that is typical of warmth. I like soup, it's a little sweet Sarashina soba that didn't suit me, but the level is not low
I didn't like sweet soup because I'm from Edo to Moro, but I'm grateful to our shop for letting me eat delicious soba in such a countryside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦粉が多いです。やや太めな手打ち蕎麦。駅の立ち食いとはまるっきり違います。うどんもおすすめです。年越しの蕎麦セット おすすめです。
There is a lot of buckwheat flour. Slightly thick handmade soba. It's completely different from standing up at a station. Udon is also recommended. New Year's Eve soba set is recommended.
