★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車で来たため電話してからいった。駐車料金高くなるからだ。店につくとすぐに対応してくれた。お店が綺麗でいい印象だった。事前にオペレーターから聞いていた査定額は高かったが５%位手数料取ってる為か思ったより20000円安かった。店のタブレットに自分の情報入れるの面倒だった。手書きでいいと思うけど。手放す商品の写真まで撮っていて、きちんとしてるなと思った。買取のお金もらって帰ろうとして店員さんに駐車券出したら契約内容を一旦完了したため再度入れ直すと時間かかるとのこと。待つこと20分。駐車代金500円もらった。先に500円渡しといて先にお客さん帰らせてから社内の入力を後でやれば良かったのでは？と思ったが、やり取りみてると書類一つ一つに本部とやり取りしてるのが見えたので無駄だと思った。20分待ってから紙にレ点を数ヶ所と名前書いて終わった。文句言うと帰るのが遅くなるので言わずに帰った。担当者の接客は良かった。他の買取屋さんにはフリーダイヤル無いのでそこは良かった。けどもう来ないと思う。

When I gave the parking ticket to the clerk to get the purchase money and went home, the contract was completed once, so it would take time to put it back in again. 20 minutes to wait. I got a parking fee of 500 yen. Wouldn't it be better if I handed over 500 yen first and let the customer go home first and then input in-house later? I thought, but when I tried to exchange it, I saw that each document was being exchanged with the headquarters, so I thought it was useless. After waiting for 20 minutes, I wrote a few check marks on the paper and finished. I went home without saying it because it would be late to go home if I complained. The customer service of the person in charge was good. It was good because other purchasers do not have toll-free numbers. But I don't think it will come anymore.
