海	海王みちる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【入居開始日すっぽかされました】こちらの店舗の尾関（主任の肩書き）の担当で部屋を決めました。入居当日に新居ポストある鍵をそのまま使い居住を開始するように事前連絡があったが、何故か管理会社の人から怒りの電話が。ポストの鍵を持ち出したら部屋掃除の人が入れないだろ？と怒鳴られましたが入居当日に掃除というのも変だと思ったらホームメイト側と管理会社側の入居開始日が違っていました。おかげで入居開始が遅れました。さらに部屋に前住人がつけたままの両面テープやラインストーンなど入居時には取り除いておいて欲しい取り除いて要望を出しましたが、清掃後にもかかわらずそのままだったのでモメてます。契約までもかなりいい加減な対応でしたし、契約を取ったら後は放置で酷い対応でした。ホームメイトは辞めたほうがいいし、利用しなくてはならなくてもこの尾関という担当者は避けるべきです。 [The start date of the move-in was completed] The room was decided by the person in charge of Ozeki (the title of the chief) of this store. さ	さっちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応は親切で、そのまま内覧へ行きました。その際に「宅配ボックスがあります」「ネット回線は好きなのをひけます」と言われ、1番重視していたネット回線について何度も聞きましたが「ネットひけます」との事で入居決定しました。しかし入ってみると宅配ボックスなんてのはなくただの郵便受けを宅配ボックスと言っていたり、ネットは何と元からひかれてすらおらず、配管がないため繋げないと回線業者さんに言われました。なんならビス止めなどの工事もダメと管理会社に言われました。嘘をつかれた気分で担当の人に何回か電話しましたが毎度不在。お金がないので引っ越せずにいますが、知識不足すぎませんか。鉄筋か鉄骨かも分からないと窓口で言われた時から不安でしたが、もう二度とホームメイトは使いません。 The correspondence was kind and I went to the preview as it was.
