治療もやみくもに薬を出すのではなく、漢方を中心に依存しないように量を調整して処方してくださいます。
院内も明るく清潔で綺麗です。

薬の量の相談に乗ってもらえるという口コミを見てここに通い始めましたが本当に口コミ通り希望に沿って薬を提案してくれたので良かったです。しかも薬の量は少なくなったのに、症状は良くなってます。
やはり病院や先生との相性は大事だと改めて感じました。

前回の診察から、今回の診察を受けるまでどの様に過ごしていたのかを必ず聞かれますが、良い事があった時は一緒に喜んで下さいます。それに至った経緯など詳しく尋ねられます。
辛かった事でも、親身になって助言して下さいます。
いつも笑顔で対応して下さる看護師さんやスタッフの方々。
綺麗な明るい待合室。
わたしはこのクリニックに出会って本当に良かったと思っています。

保険の書類は一枚8000円と高額ですし、休職診断書も3000円と割と高め。その割に一月ずつしか書けないと言われて、診断書が必要な人だと毎月3000円持っていかれます。
ケースワーカーの対応も、時間がかかるわ言い方は酷いわ、受付との連携は全く取れていないわで本当に酷い。
困った事があったり、連携不足でこちらに被害が来て、初めて聞いた話が急に出てきたりすることも多く、何故？と聞いてみると「規則なので」の一点張り。それで済むと思っているのか、どうにも傲慢な言い方で、酷い人だと他病院との連携についての電話を1時間ごとにかけてきたりします。
アクセスは良いので、しっかり治すわけじゃ無い人ならオススメかもしれないですが私は二度と行きたくないです。

が、担当医がいない日に行った時に診てくれた医師は対応が悪く、ろくに話も聞かずに休職の延長どうするかを凄い高圧的に聞かれて不快でした。
担当医がよければいい病院だと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診で心療内科自体初めてだったので右も左も分からず不安でいっぱいだったのですが、先生やカウンセラーの方がとても親身になって話を聞いてくださり少し気持ちが楽になりました。
先生はこちらの意向を色々と汲んでくれます、自分は薬にあまり頼りたくないことを伝えたのですが嫌な顔一つせず対応してくださいました。
最近できた病院ですが系列の病院からこちらに移ってきた先生や兼任されている先生もいるらしく、患者さんは朝から行ってもたくさんいるなという印象です、系列の病院でも評判の良い先生が集まってるみたいなので思い立ったら早めの予約が推奨かなと。

名古屋駅西口エスカ地下街に一年前にできたばかりの新しいクリニックのようですが他の地域にも店舗があり口コミもいいです。実際に行ってみましたが病院も明るく受付の事務員さんも優しく声をかけて下さいました。暗くて汚いところは嫌いなので、感染対策もしっかりしており清潔な感じのこちらでこれかもお世話になろうと思います。
