★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アポ取ってるにも関わらず、なぜか待つことに。こぶりとりのおじさんの接客に2.3人の店員がついていたから？新幹線の時間もあるのでごめんなさいと。結局大阪駅でたまたま在庫あった即買えてよかったけど。この店舗はダメね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナて入口の検温の時から高圧的。いつからマンツーマンの接客になったのか女店員がべったりひっついて離れない。少しでも手にとろうもんなら、延々と説明し出して次の品物が見られない。サービスだと思っているのだろうが、こちらは迷惑だと感じでいるのを態度で察してもらいたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一組ごとに店員さんがついて商品の説明から会計まで進めてくださいました。商品の説明は丁寧でした。今回購入したものは取り寄せになったので実物はさわれませんでしたが、「この商品に手触りは似てます」とか「中身はこの商品と同じです」となんとかしてイメージできるように工夫してくださいました。
ひとつだけ気になったことは、会計待ちの際に5~10分ほど立ったまま待ったことです。ご購入者用の席を用意していただけたらもっと良かったと思いました。

マンツーマンで接客してくれますが、背格好から買わないと店員に思われたのか、入店直後に気になるものがあれば声かけてくださいと放置プレイにされそうになりました。
オンラインで買ったものを受け取りに来たというと対応してくれましたが、確認して商品持ってくるのに時間かけすぎです。
少しバッグが見たくて見せてもらいましたが、出すだけだしてこっちが質問するまでずっとだんまりです。聞いても一言で終わり、それ以上の接客がありませんでした。
他の店員さんは出口までお見送りしていたのに、接客しくれた店員さんは店内で挨拶して終わりでした。
買ったものも安いし、バッグは買うつもりはないと思われても仕方ないですが、もし買うとしてももうここには来ません。

購入後割とすぐからキーが外れます。
キーが落ちるキーケース？
意味ないじゃん。
キーが落ち、家に入れずすごく困りました。
正直こんな大ブランドがこんなチープな留め具を使用しているのに驚かされます。
これを使用していいのはどーでもいいキーしか付けない人のみ！
だって絶対落ちるから！！
