綺麗なマダムのステキな笑顔の接客。
お料理を説明してくださる時の声質とリズム感の良さが耳に心地よく、今から始まるコースへの期待感がぐっと増します。
初訪問の方には、トマトのサラダのてんとう虫仕立てをお出ししているとのことでした。
てんとう虫は、フランスの言い伝えでは「幸せを運んでくる」そうです。
前菜からデザートまで、全く隙のない見事なお料理。
特にソースは際立っており、幸せを何度も噛み締めることができました。
デザートは、「鉄人の料理」で提供したという、名物デザート。8月限定デザートです。
ランチでこのお値段で、この高い完成度は、他にはなかなかないと思いました。

Especially the sauce was outstanding and I was able to bite happiness many times.
The dessert is a specialty dessert that was served in "Iron Chef's Cuisine". August limited dessert.
At this price for lunch, I thought that this high degree of perfection was hard to find anywhere else.
