There are so many unique ingredients in every dish but they compliment each other so well.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every dish is beautiful. The burnt and crispy skin of the main course duck is delicious, and great wine pairing.
Use of coin grass let me surprise and the papaya soup very tasty.
The service staff is very kind, even my language is not good. I’m a little hurry when I left, but tonight is wonderful ending in Tokyo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ modern french restaurant with attentive to services. Very well presented dishes and tasteful, not too overwhelming not too subtle, that is well balanced. The kitchen seems to be very busy even it is not fully seated.
The manager did his best to explain the dishes in english and he's good too.

There is no menu you can track so what that means is every dish will be a surprise.
Most memorable dishes: Baby Ayu, Rose foiegras, and first dessert.
The downside is, resto atmosphere is quite bright for a dinner setting. A very bright light was on my head.
Only four tables but the sound was quite obvious.
Wine selection by glass was quite limited.
The food could be two stars, but the overall atmosphere will be hard to go to two**

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome restaurant. Its hard to put it in words, one of my favorite dining experiences ever. The food is amazing. They change up the menu quite a bit but it never disappoints. Ive been here 3 tines and it seems like its getting better every single time. I usually go for lunch because you get similar items for half the price. All of the items are extremely creative and kind of force you out of your comfort zone. The waitstaff knew enough english to explain the courses to us.
