The lady who tried to help me was more interested in helping Chinese speaking card holders and help the person behind me when she didn't help finish my only question yet. Very rude by Japanese standards. Didn't even take the time to tell me about jcb promotions just handed me some flyers. Disappointed. Don't bother going here.
