デ	デブ子デラックス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福知山駅から歩いて20分ほど、新町商店街の近くにある。2011年から営業していて、2020年8月に福知山駅近くから移転した。現在の地は、店主のおじいさんが経営していた葬儀屋の古民家で、リノベーションしながら全体を生かしたお店になっている。店構えからはトラットリアとは一見わからないが、町並みに馴染んでいる。店内は奥行きがあり、庭が見事だったり不思議な空間があり、かなり楽しい。自由に見て回ってよいので、食事ができるまでの間探険してみよう。あちこちに凝っていて見ていて飽きない。昼はランチセット、夜はコースとアラカルトで、前菜やパスタ、ピザ、肉・魚料理など数多いメニューが楽しめる。前菜は冷製はショーケースに入っていて、好きなものを注文する。種類が多いので迷うが、そんな時は盛り合わせを頼むとよい。皿いっぱいに盛り付けられた、豪華な前菜に心がときめく。突き出しの自家製パンやタラーリとも相性バツグンで、前菜で満腹になるほどだ。宮津産の魚介類を使うなど、地元の食材を使うことにこだわっていて、どれも新鮮でおいしい。ナポリの大衆食堂な雰囲気なので、現地の家庭料理風な気取らない雰囲気がとてもよい。気取らないが、料理は丁寧でどれも美味で満足できた。気さくで話好きな店主さんとの会話も楽しく、食事に花を添えてくれる。ぜひいろいろ話をして、仲良くなってほしい。 It is near Shinmachi Shopping Street, about 20 minutes on foot from Fukuchiyama Station. It has been in business since 2011 and moved from near Fukuchiyama Station in August 2020. The current location is an old folk house of a funeral director run by the owner's grandfather, and it has been renovated to make the most of the whole store. You can't tell from the store that it's a trattoria, but it's familiar to the streets. The inside of the store is deep, and the garden is wonderful and there is a mysterious space, so it is quite fun. You are free to look around, so let's explore until you have a meal. I don't get tired of watching it here and there. Lunch set during the day, course and à la carte at night, and you can enjoy many menus such as appetizers, pasta, pizza, meat and fish dishes. Cold appetizers are in showcases and you can order what you like. I am at a loss because there are many types, but in such a case it is better to ask for a platter. The gorgeous appetizers served on a plate are exciting. It goes well with homemade bread and taralli, and you can get full with an appetizer. We are particular about using local ingredients such as seafood from Miyazu, and they are all fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is like a popular dining room in Naples, so the unpretentious atmosphere of local home cooking is very good. It's unpretentious, but the food was polite and delicious and satisfying.
