個人的には、蕎麦はもう少し硬めがいいかな?

昔ながらの出し味のラーメンを、先代か先々代が工夫して作ったという。
ラーメン550円、 すラーメン400円。個性的と言うよりは、ラーメンて、そうだよね、という味。
いや、でもメニューのメインはうどんやそば、丼もの。昔ながらの時の経つのを忘れたような食堂です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま出先で見つけて入店。家族でされているのかな、気さくな店員さんです。親子丼は卵の味が濃くてトロトロで美味でした。しかも安い！鴨塩ラーメンはあっさりで美味しかったと同行者が言われていました。

おそらく当時は福知山随一の繁華街だったはずの御霊神社前の大通り、広小路沿いにあったのだからとても繁盛しただろう。
それが福知山駅前、そして現在では9号線沿いに賑わいが移ってしまい、かなり人通りは少なくなった。
しかしながら当時の味わいは現在まで受け継がれているようだ。
うどん、蕎麦の出汁のうまさによりそれが確認できる。
先代が工夫されたというラーメンも美味いらしい。
そしてうどん、蕎麦、ラーメンのお供に鯖寿司、巻き寿司、細巻き類を付けられるのがいい。
