M	Miki O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4〜5年前に部屋を借りるときにお世話になりました。きちんとこちらの要望に応えて頂き、そのときに借りた部屋に今も住んでいます。（今もご在籍かわかりませんが）店長のIさんがご担当してくださり、内見中にも細かくアドバイス頂いたり、移動中も楽しく会話してくれたり、良く接して頂きました。来年結婚予定なので、新居を探す際にまたこちらにお世話になりたいなーと思ってます^_^ I took care of me when I rented a room 4-5 years ago. I have properly met this request and still live in the room I rented at that time. (I don't know if I'm still a member.) Mr. I, the store manager, was in charge, and gave me detailed advice during the preview, and enjoyed talking on the move. I'm planning to get married next year, so I would like to take care of this again when I'm looking for a new house ^ _ ^

く	くどうアリス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 凄く不誠実で頭に来ています。約束を守ってくれません。ネットで質問をした関係だと思うのですが、練馬ハウジングから電話を頂きました。ただその時私が仕事中だったので、明後日また折り返しますと言われました。そして２日後(当日)、いつかかってくるかわからず、予定が立たなかったので、こちらからかけました。しかし担当者(2日前掛けてきた本人)がいないということで、違う方がお電話口で対応して下さりました。おそらくその方も慣れていない方だったのでしょうが(？)、何故か私が話している間、始終含み笑いをしていて、不思議でした(凄く嫌な気持ちになりました)。とりあえず担当者が外回りから帰ってきたら、折り返しますと言われたので、何時頃になるかと聞くと、はっきりは分からないけれど、おそらく〇時くらいかと思う、と言われ、一旦その場は切りました。しかし結局、その時間になってもかかって来ず、その後もずっと待ちましたが、その日はかかって来ませんでした。何か都合が悪かったのかなと、翌日も待ちましたが、やはりかかって来ませんでした。それから数日経ちますが、かかって来る様子はありません。こちらからまたかけることも出来ますが、不信感が募り、もうお願いする気持ちは皆無です。おかしいなと思い、ネットでこの会社を検索すると、やはりクチコミが最悪でした。どこに住むかというのはとても大事な決断だと思うので、やはり信頼の置ける、対応がしっかりとした所に頼みたいと思います。 It's very dishonest and comes to my mind.
