また担当者様の住んでいた・通った経験を踏まえて周辺の環境や治安、お勧めのお店などを紹介してくれたため、住んだ時のイメージがしやすかったし、楽しめた。
最後に多忙な時期と聞いていたが対応スピードがはやい、無理強いをしない丁寧な説明、笑顔でハキハキとした受け答えのおかげで担当者様とエイブルへの好感と信頼があがった

大学生の息子の部屋探しでお世話になっています。
通学距離を短くする為と、現在の部屋での不便を解消する為の部屋探しだったので、「駅近」や「鉄筋」「２階以上」など希望が沢山あったのですが、その条件を満たす物件の候補をいくつも提案してくださり、内見もさせて頂きました。
内見の際は、その部屋に住んだ時の家電の置き方等をアドバイスしてくださったり、その街の環境や駅までの道のりなどいろいろと教えてくださいました。
また、高橋さんが「弟の部屋探しをしているみたい！」とおっしゃって、まさに一緒に親身に部屋を探してくださったように感じました。希望通りの部屋が見つかった時には、一緒に喜んでくださったのがとても印象的でした。
今は申し込みが済み、契約の手続きをしている最中なので、この後も高橋さんをはじめエイブル練馬店の方にはお世話になるかと思いますが、今後もよろしくお願いいたします。
店舗では、入り口に消毒液が用意してあり、テーブルや椅子もその都度消毒してくださる等、感染症対策もバッチリでした。
佐藤さん、安里さんにも丁寧に対応して頂きお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

これからの新生活に希望・期待を持てるやり取りをさせて頂いたと思っています。
お店の方々も、入・退店時に皆様でご挨拶してくださったり、電話の応対も親切で、そちらも安心材料になりました。
売買契約でも賃貸契約でも、家に関する出費は人生最大の出費になります。そのため、買主・貸借人はどうしても大きな不安を抱えてしまいます。知識もそんなに持っていない方がほとんどだと思いますので、そんな方々の立場になって今後もご対応いただけたらと願っております。
★４にした理由は、重説をご担当くださった専任(宅建士)の方の説明が淡々としすぎていて、こちらの不安・心配に寄り添ってもらえていないと感じたからです。当方の質問に対する回答も噛み合っておらず、そもそも声が小さくて聞き取れないことがほとんどでした。重説・特約の部分は非常に重要で、貸借人にとって一番気になる・心配になるポイントですので、相手の立場に立った説明・解説をして頂けたらと切望します。
