また、ご担当者様がフレンドリーな方だったので、こちらも要望を伝えやすかったり、内見時の移動でも物件に関することや様々なお話をさせていただけました。
miniminiさんにお世話になる前に別の不動産屋にも数件行きましたが、総合的に1番良いと心から思えます。大変お世話になりました。

入居するとトイレの匂いがかなりあり
不快感があった。
トイレの部分や風呂場の水回りなどはほんとに清掃したのかと疑う部分が多く、
正直清掃料金は払う意味がないのではないかと感じた。

ただ、内見時に下の階が飲食店とか電車の音が聞こえるなどなんの説明もありませんでした。
家賃の振り込みもいついつまでにどこに振り込んでくださいもなんの説明もなし。
契約金の振り込み期限も日曜日までだったので、銀行は休日は翌日振り込み扱いされるのに日曜日が期限ってそれ実質金曜日までの振り込みですよね?
日にちだけ書いてて曜日は特に書いてなかったので気にしなくて実際振り込みするとなったらあれ今日日曜日!明日になっちゃう!と焦りました。
その旨を伝えたら大丈夫とは言ってくれたけど、建物の担当者、内見しか関わらなくて申し込みも別の人が担当、来店しても挨拶するだけで契約とか鍵の受け渡しとか一切関わってくれなかった。
オートロックの番号だけ伝えられて使い方の説明もこっちが聞くまで説明もなし。
ポストの暗証番号も教えてもらってないし、前入居者が退室されてから封鎖もされてなくて入居前からチラシの山。
前の見学者が申し込みたいと言っていて契約はお早めにとかすごく急かされた。
内見に行きたいと申し込みしましたが、そこしか内見も行かず他の部屋の提案も特にありませんでしたね。
契約の際も、契約書の読み合わせの説明が不親切で機械的でどこを読んでるのかんからなかったし、隣のデスクの通話声が大きすぎて説明が何も聞こえない。
せめて今読んでる場所の大体の位置とか説明してくれればいいのに「何条の何番」としか言わないで本当にどこ読んでるの?って頭に入ってきませんでした。
まぁ、確かにいい物件ではありましたけど、飲食店があるとか電車の音が聞こえるなどなんの説明もないのはどうなんでしょうか?
上記の通りなんの説明もなく担当が担当の仕事もしないしとにかく不親切。
物件のメリットデメリットをまったく伝えようとせず、「この物件はいいですよ」だけ。
お部屋も内見の時に気づかなかったけど、入居前の掃除や下見に入ると本当に業者が入ってるのか?と疑うレベルに埃や汚れや部屋の使用感を感じました。
初期費用も気持ち削ってもらいましたが安くはない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件探しに丁寧に対応していただきました。初めてこちらを利用される方は驚かれるかと思いますが、まったく笑顔を見せない無表情な女性店員がおられます。仕事はきちんとできるし、おそらく病気かと思わるので寛容に接してください。あと、若い男性店員に毎回必ずミスをする方がいます。契約の際にもミスをされるので、ご自分で責任を持ってしっかり確認してください。ベテランの女性店員はとても気さくで頼りがいがあります。他の客のお話も気軽に楽しくお話ししてくださるので、自分のことは話のネタにされないように気をつけてください。
