M	Martyna Bogacz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My single room was clean and okay size but smelled of smoke even though it was claimed to be deodorised. The lady at the reception would not check me in even a minute before the check in time. The breakfast was bearable but nothing great if you are not a fan of Japanese food.

Room is always clean and all in the room in working order. The best part is the convenience. The staff never failed to greet and smile to each of their guests.
L	Leo Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was great except they have game systems blocked from the internet so I couldn't play Nintendo Switch with my kids back home and for someone from the United States the breakfast was a little rough. The worst part of the hotel was that we worked early mornings and late nights so the 2 days we were there that week when we could stay at the hotel and catch up on some sleep, we couldn't because they sound this alarm and come in the intercom and yell at you in Japanese because they're cleaning the rooms. It didn't even help even we told the front desk beforehand that we'd be sleeping. The only thing that worked was in the second day after the 3rd alarm I called the front desk and got after them.
K	Karin Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome location, it's right across the street from the JR train station and a 7-11. There's a full sized bathtub in the room too. Free breakfast and dinner if you want. I didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food. It doesnt get full stars because the bed was very hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and using a sheet as the blanket. Like this it's comparable to sleeping on top of carpeted floor. You also need to turn your key into the front desk whenever you leave and the key is used to turn the electricity on in the room.

We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. The hotel staff are very friendly at all times and very helpful. Easy accessible hotel opposite Saijo station.

Fairly easy access to the subway. Always stay in a deluxe single room which gives that little bit more space. The room we stayed in was clean.
P	Peter Giovanacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms typical and quite spacious. Good wifi. Breakfast cannot eat in breakfast area, room only. OK but no lids for paper cups! Plastic bags available but impractical for drinks ok for the bentos.Several trips in busy elevator to get my daily fix of caffeine.

They didn't answer to my Japanese email about feather-allergy, at if they can exchange the beddings to polyester. At least a "sorry, we can't" email would have been nice
