★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are small, but very clean and and well appointed. Staff at the visitor information center in the lobby is amazing. I needed a bit of help and they were great. I left my electric toothbrush in my room. I emailed the hotel and they responded immediately that they would send it to my hotel in Tokyo for my arrival later in the week. Clearly service is very important to the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is overall clean but the corridors smell of cigarette smoke although smoking is not permitted . The rooms are small but clean with everything working. The bathroom was clean and functional with the usual Japanese bidet. The staff was very helpful, but with limited English knowledge. The hotel is situated near the train station an buses end of line so the public transport very good and efficient. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended hotel to stay while visiting Hiroshima. Short walk to Shinkansen station and bus station to go around city. Affordable price and cozy room. Just walk accross the street where you can find delicious ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location attached to the station, can't get any closer than this. The Hotel is a bit old but very clean. Helpful staff. You can get everything you need from the station next door. We really enjoyed our stay here. We didn't try the breakfast, as we figured we can grab food at the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and spacious rooms. Like other hotels in Japan, there are lots of toiletries provided in the room. The beds are decent, not extremely comfortable. The staff is helpful. It’s convenient to have a hotel that is connected to the JR station. The wait for the elevators can be long especially when there are conferences.
