ひ	ひさしん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全室禁煙のはずなのに、常時煙草くさい。おそらく壁や床などに染み付いたものが清掃してもとれないのでしょう。ユニットバスからも、煙草と半乾きの匂いが酷い。隣の音も聞こえてくるし、神経質な方は厳しいかも。到着したのが夜だったかもしれませんが、複数の施設が隣接しているため、該当の駐車場やホテルがどこにあるかすぐには分からず迷いました。案内板又は矢印など分かりやすい表示が欲しいですね。価格が他と比べて安いので、雨露をしのぐといった感じです。 All rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but always smoke. l	loast italian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東広島駅から微妙な距離感、タクシーで1,500円程度。少し歩けばスーパーやコンビニは有るが、悪天候の時はとても不便。部屋は小ぶりのシングル、風呂はお決まりの狭いユニットバス。隣室の話し声や物音がとても聞こえてきてゆっくり落ち着けない客室。室内の床が大変汚れていて快適さを欠く。設備はそれなりにくたびれていて古さを感じる。朝食付きで、食堂の壁には素敵な写真付きの紹介文があるが、中身は本当に軽い軽い軽食なので期待はしないこと。フロント（守衛）の対応について。冷蔵庫が不調で、二度申告をした。二度目には深夜に交換に部屋を訪れたり、翌日早朝に再訪され、ドアを勝手に開けて部屋へ入ってくる始末。これは明らかにプライバシー違反では無いですか？何をとっても最低な宿泊施設です。どうか皆様もお気をつけください。総評二度と利用することは無い。星を一つすら付けたくないです。 A slight sense of distance from Higashihiroshima Station, about 1,500 yen by taxi. ゆ	ゆうの on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホテルと言うより研修施設なのかな？部屋はあまり広くは無く外見から見て丸い作りなので部屋が四角ではありません。一番気になったのは匂い。風呂に入ると下水系の臭いがして部屋も湿気臭いと言うかカビくさいと言うか。朝はコンビニの弁当を食堂で配布してくれます。コンビニ弁当は日替わりで違うものが出てきましたし悪くありません。電子レンジもあるので暖められます。匂い以外は悪くなかったので残念です。定期的にオゾン脱臭機でも使ってくれれば良いのにね。 Is it a training facility rather than a hotel? 洋	洋司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本来は研修センターなんでしょうか？研修を受けた方が泊まる施設なんでしょうけど一般での宿泊もできます。館内は禁煙で、２階のバルコニーみたいなとこに喫煙場所がありました。部屋はちょっと古めのビジネスホテルって感じで、夏休みシーズンでの値段を考えたら良いと思います。部屋にはお茶を飲むために使う、ペットボトルの水もありました。あと、宿泊日の１７時までに予約をした方には、朝食としてセブンイレブンの弁当を無料でいただけるみたいです。私はもらいませんでしたが…。 Is it a training center? c	chibanian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり知られていない宿泊施設。ホテルというよりも、研修センターの宿泊施設をホテルとして運営している感じです。部屋は、芳香剤の匂いが強烈です。掃除はそこそこ。受け付けは、8時から17時で時間外は守衛さんが対応してくれます。その為、時間外の料金の支払いは振込になります。部屋の状態は、壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の音がよく聞こえます。朝食は付いていますが、セブンイレブンのコンビニ弁当が配られます。料金は安いですが、個人的に連泊はつらいです。周辺のホテルが無い時に良いと思います。 Less known accommodation.
