原因を分かりやすく説明してくれるし事前に金額の説明をしてくれる。
当たりも優しいから話していてストレスにならない。
次も何かあったらこのお店に頼る。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初は、電動モペットを探しにお邪魔しまいましたが扱っていませんでした。ネットで電動モペットを調べたら公道を走行出来ない物ばかり!電動自転車を検討!相談にいたらカタログとお店に有る実車で丁寧に説明してくれました。家電量販店に見に行きましたが、店員が不親切!電動自転車購入で相談に再度伺い相談して購入を決めました。
追記
自転車の人身保険の紹介もして貰いました。
納車日が、雨でしたので相談して晴れる日まで預ける事にしまいました!
後、購入した電動自転車の操作説明も丁寧です。

他の店で直した時は普通にタイヤ交換、きちんと現物も見せてもらいながらの説明で特に不満も無かったのですが、こちらで今日やってもらいましたらより良いタイヤを提案して頂き、値段も特別高いわけでなく、１時間で仕上がり、本当に良かったと思いました。「このタイプのタイヤはすぐ減るものだから」と言われてしまえば受け入れてしまうところですが、そこを、単純に同じもので交換するのではなくより良い方法を検討してくださるところがなかなか他のお店にはない魅力かなと思いました。

店長さんが対応してくださり、アフターケアなどのサービスが充実しているようで、安心です。
先日、姉にもお勧めして子供乗せアシスト自転車も購入しましたが、やはりその時も丁寧で気配りがある対応でした。
