クチコミの中には辛口なものもお見受けしましたが、実際にお世話になってみて、とても丁寧に最後まで面倒を見てくださいました。
通勤で結構な距離を走るので、メンテナンスに利用しましたが、素人では気付かない細かいところまで見てくださりました。
電動自転車なので、結果的には思っていたよりも金額はかかりましたが、今後も利用することを考えた上でより良くなる手段を提案してくださり、きちんと事前に見積もりを出してくださいました。(どこにどのくらいの代金が掛かるのかも説明があります)
また、お願いしていない自転車の洗浄やチェーンの油差しなども丁寧にして、まるで新品のように戻ってきたのでとても満足しています。
困ったときに、こんなに良心的な自転車屋さんがあるのはすごく有難いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所のYAMAHAの原チャリを扱っているショップがなくなり、しょうがなくHONDAドリーム立場店にオイル交換に行ってましたが、YAMAHAの原チャリだと露骨に嫌な顔をされ、困ってました。
本、川戸さんはおいらのかわいがっているYAMAHAでも喜んでオイル交換してくれました。その間いろんなお客さんがバンバン来たのですが、その様子を拝見させて頂いていると、まるで昔のいいおじちゃん的な雰囲気を感じました。最近こういう店はない。
お客さん：”ちょっと走りが重いんだけど~、見てくれない”
大将：おう、ちょっと見てみるね～
もしかすると、料金がちょっと高いと感じる方もいるかもしれませんが、私は大将の技量、度量、安心感からすると妥当なのではないかと思います。最近は数少なくなった町の自転車屋さん、これからも頼りにしたいと思います。
近所の原チャリ屋さんがなくなるとホント困ります。二度とホンダドリーム立場店にはいかないと誓いを立てました。ホンダのおやっさんが聞いたら怒るんじゃないかな。
自分の大事な自転車、原チャリはやはり信頼できるショップに面倒みてもらいたい。おいらの原チャリも大喜びでした。
あえて苦言を呈すなら空気入れ100円はやめたほうがいいいかも。
初めて来た人には受け入れ難い気がします。

購入の決め手は店主のサービス精神と信頼です。
他の店では、安くて2.3万でバイクを買えますが、そんな値段で買ってもちゃんとした保証もなければ、そもそもの性能がどうなってるかもわかりません。
ですがこのKAWATOさんは、新車はもちろん
中古車も売っていますが、どちらも購入してからが本番です。
なんと中古車はパーツを1つ1つバラして点検、洗浄をし、不具合なものがあれば、タイヤもバッテリーも純正の物と交換を行ってもらえます。
お店のインスタグラムを見ればわかりますが
とにかく細かいところまで点検をしていただけます。
さらにお客さんの要望、例えば
ドリンクホルダーをつけて欲しい
リアキャリアをリアスポイラーに変えて欲しい
