★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25年前に近くに住んでいた時からお世話になってます。今はかなり遠い緑園都市に住んでいますが、お世話になり続けています。非常に親切で顧客視線です。基本的にどこかが壊れたときに持っていきますが、壊れた箇所だけでなく、空気圧やブレーキの状態をメンテナンスしてくれます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安い店と値段(イニシャルコスト)を比べたら、高いでしょうが、購入後のメンテナンスがきめ細かく、乗り物で問題があると怪我ではすまないこともあることから、昔からこの店を選んでいます。最近自転車を買い換えましたが、その前にここで買った自転車はメンテナンスしてもらいながら１７年乗っていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回で2回目の利用でしたが、とても親切で良いお店です。
出かける前の晩にパンクしてしまい、朝急いで持って行くと、「今日はお出かけ？どれぐらい時間ありますか」と聞かれたので30分ほどと答えると、10分ほどで直してくださりました。
また、パンクの原因が空気をあまり入れていなかったためのチューブの劣化だったため「こまめに空気を入れると良い」とアドバイスを頂いたのですが、一人暮らしを始めたばかりで空気入れを持っておらず…
やっぱり買わなきゃか〜と心の中で考えていると、何かを察したのか帰り際、「外のバケツに自由に使える空気入れがあるから、いつでも使っていいからね」と言ってくださいました。
前回の利用時も併せて、安定したサービスと親切な心遣いのお店だと感じました。
