★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの方は感じがよく、説明も丁寧でした。ただ、スタッフの内1人は圧が強く、あまり好感が持てない対応です。その方以外と話すのが良いかなと思います。
The staff felt good and the explanation was polite. However, one of the staff is very pressured and I don't like it very much. I think it's better to talk to someone other than that person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入もこちらでしたので自転車点検整備をお願いに行きました。以前は出して三時間位でできたのですが、今は一日がかりになるそうで時間もあり諦めました。入店時立ち話をして暇そうに見えたのですが…。
前回、前々回と整備後にギアチェンジができなくなる不備が立て続けにあったので、整備については丁寧ではないのかもしれません。坂が多い街なので不備は事故につながります、恐ろしいので他のちゃんとした自転車屋で整備をお願いすることにしました。
以前はお年を召した紳士な方が対応して下さっていたのですが、退職されちゃったのかなー。

Last time, there were a series of deficiencies that made it impossible to change gears two times before and after maintenance, so maintenance may not be polite. Since it is a city with many slopes, deficiencies can lead to accidents, so I decided to ask another proper bicycle shop for maintenance.
Previously, an elderly gentleman was responding, but I wonder if he has retired.
