★ ★ ★ ★ ★ う～ん、相変わらず美味いです。
カンバンメニューはやはり、特製つけ麺でしょう。
特盛くらいは食べてみてください。
濃いめのドロッとした、ほのかに柚子が香るつけ汁が病みつきになります。
ブッチャーも良いでしょう。ワシワシした太麺が好きならば一回は食べてみたいですね。
悪い点は、少ししょっぱいか（ 特にラーメン ）。
あと、日によっては麺の茹で方がテキトーな時がある。
店内の店員が全員バイトのベトナム人の時があった。
注意してください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブッチャーを食べました。麺が極太で固めで芯が残ってる感じでした。スープもしょっぱくてやはりここではつけ麺を食べた方が正解だと後悔しました。
I ate a butcher. The noodles were very thick and firm, and the core remained. The soup was salty and I regretted that eating tsukemen was the correct answer here.

毎回JIRO一択です。
たまに肉盛り。
ニンニクもがっつりで、ジローしてます。
普通盛りだと少し麺量が物足りないけど、食べ過ぎにならない分私にはちょうど良い。

味は落ちてないだけに残念です。
オープンした頃から比べると、かなり、コスパは落ちました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はいつもここでつけ麺を食べていますが、言えばつけ麺の細い麺ではなく、ブッチャーの太い麺に変えてくれるので毎回そうしてます。後、丼類ですがこれも結構お勧めで、某牛丼屋さんにいくよりここで５００円だしてこれを食べたほうが僕は気に入っています。
I always eat tsukemen here, but I always do it because it changes to thick butcher noodles instead of thin tsukemen. After that, it's a bowl, but I highly recommend it, and I prefer to eat it for 500 yen here rather than going to a certain beef bowl shop.
