家系ほどの豚骨臭は苦手、支那蕎麦ほどのスッキリ過ぎも苦手。適度な脂とコクが好き。
細麺よりも中太麺が好きな40代オッサンの意見です。
色々具材が乗ってるラーメンを頼みましたが、つけ麺のドロドロラーメンを食べてるって感じ。
節の粉っぽさが目立ち、濃い味で、クドイ感じ。
二度目は無いです。
節の粉っぽさ、ドロドロのクドイ味が好みの方は、良いかも。
つけ麺好きって人には、向いてる。
酔った時には、私は食べたくないクドイ系ラーメンです。

The bonito soup works and it feels like Japanese style, the last soup is soup stock. The noodles are thick, thin noodles often seen in Hokkaido.

セットで注文しない場合は、「大盛」位が良いかもです。

美味い。クセになる魚介の旨味のあるスープ。鰹節をベースとした濃厚豚骨ラーメン。ここのオリジナル節骨ラーメンが非常に旨味をかんじることができる感じることができる。一緒にいただく丼物も非常にクセになる。

個人的にはチャーシュー丼が美味しくてラーメンより好みでした！
お得にご飯ものもラーメンも食べられるのが嬉しいですね。
行ったのが少し前で、変わってるところがあるかもしれないので機会があればまた行こうかなと思います！
