K	Kou K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京急線黄金町駅より徒歩3分程。鶏白湯のラーメン。店内カウンター席11席。訪問時は店主さんお一人で切り盛りされていた。こちらも労働力不足か？食券機で基本の「鶏白湯塩」760円とトッピング「味玉玉子」110円オーダー。お昼時だったので少し時間かかりそう。麺の固さ味の好みがチョイスできるのは家系感。 10分くらいで出てきました。見た感じ白濁スープは豚骨のようで麺も細麺なので、余計に九州ラーメン感がある。でも味は豚骨程ガッツリではなく、それでもコクと旨味ががうまく出ていてポタージュのように濃厚で、それが細麺とよく合う。食べやすい一杯です。ボリューム的に若い男性は「替え玉」110円が必要かな。これも九州ラーメンぽい。 About 3 minutes on foot from Keikyu Line Koganecho Station. 保	保次郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黄金町駅から徒歩すぐのところにある鶏白湯ラーメンのお店です。土曜日夜の訪問で先客2人。注文は券売機方式。鶏白湯(塩・790円)を注文。注文時に麺のかたさと味の濃さを選べます。提供されたラーメンは白濁したスープに細ストレート麺。デフォルトのトッピングにチャーシュー、青ネギ、あおさです。パッと見は塩豚骨ラーメンのようですが、鶏の濃厚な味わいがありながらも、くどさがありません。見た目よりさっぱりと頂けます。トッピングのチャーシューは小ぶりながらもやや厚めで、程よい柔らかさでした。最初鶏白湯に合うか疑問だったあおさも違和感なしです。スープに手間と材料費がかかっているのはわかりますが、ノーマルのラーメンが790円なのと、替え玉が130円なのは少々高いかなと感じました。 It is a chicken plain hot water ramen shop just a short walk from Koganecho station.
