h	hiroyuki G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に、煮干し系を食しました。スープ熱さ、麺のからみよい。来店致しました！特製海薫そばを頂きました。手打ちのちぢれ麺とすっきりで旨味が広がるスープで美味しい！２種の海苔と左右でスープの味が違う！店主は、ラーメンが本当に好きなんだと分かる一杯でした！！チャーシューの厚さと柔やらかさは、素晴らしい。ラーメンの合間に食べたメンマがもう少し食感味わえればうれしい！！ After a long time, I ate dried sardines. 菊	菊井一之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煮干しそば【麺屋M】@ 横浜市中区曙町。Twitterのフォロワーさん御用達のお店がとても気になって訪問。見た目よりガツンとした感じではなくネガ要素を抑え煮干しの旨味の良い所を引き出しており、飲み易く美味い。意外にも合わせているのが捻れた手揉み太麺だがこれが抜群の組み合わせ。具材に関しても隙無しの美味さだ。非常にホスピタリティも高く好印象な良店で、心残りだったのが連食中につき海鮮系丼が未食だった事。また次回訪問時の楽しみにしよう。 Niboshi soba [Menya M] @ Akebono-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama. 保	保次郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家系ラーメンが席巻しているこの地域で煮干しラーメンを売りにしているお店。注文は食券方式で、入口入って左に券売機があります。今回は味玉煮干しそば(850円)を注文。スープは煮干しと醤油のバランスが良く、全くえぐ味を感じませんでした。とは言え、パンチは結構あるので煮干しが苦手な方だと厳しいかも知れません。麺は自家製手揉み麺との事。平打ちでやや縮れており、くにゅっとした歯ごたえ、小麦の風味が抜群でした。スープとの絡みも良かったです。近頃食べた麺の中ではピカイチです。トッピングのチャーシューはさほど濃く味付けされている訳でもないのですが、ガツンとくるスープに負けていません。脂とのバランスも良かったです。味玉も塩気は程々ながらしっかり味が染みていて好みの味玉でした。後で気づいたのですが、和え玉(味のついた替玉。そのまま食べてもスープに入れても美味しい)もあります。なんか丿貫みたいですが、隣の人が食べていて美味しそうだったので次回食す予定です。他のメニューも良さそうだったので、これからちょくちょく通いたいと思います。 A shop that sells dried sardines in this area where Iekei ramen is sweeping.
