久々に鳥忠食堂さんへ行って、ガッツリ食べさせていただきました。 特製定食、美味しかったです。

からあげラーメンを頂きました からあげは素揚げで、汁に漬かっている状態で提供されますが、物凄くカリカリで美味しかったです。只、自分は鳥のチャーシューは堅く合わなかった食べる前に写真撮りそびれてしまいからあげ数個食べちゃいました 後、チャーハンも頼みましたが 好みもあるとは思うが、自分的には微妙 でも、からあげを食べにまたお伺いしたいです

佐久に「むしり」という名物がある事は最近まで知りませんでした。むしりをはじめ、鶏肉料理の名店と言われる鳥忠食堂にお邪魔しました。 開店は11:30ですがぼちぼち人が増えて来てあっという間に満席。 むしりはテイクアウトにして他の人気メニューであるささみカツ定食やチャーシュー麺をオーダー。ささみカツはしっとり柔らかで衣がサクっ!チャーシュー麺のチャーシューは親鳥のムネ肉を使用。噛み応えのある肉質で味わい深いチャーシュー。数量限定の固チャーシュー麺は親鳥のモモ肉を使用しているそうです。 初むしりはテイクアウトでしたがしっかりとした味付けでごはんもアルコールもすすむこと間違いナシ。

親子丼、卵とろとろ チャーハンちょうど良い味付け 塩ラーメン、鳥の出汁が最高、具も多くボリュームたっぷり! 皆さんささみカツ目当てらしいですが、他のメニューも美味しいです。

からあげ定食をいただきました。 よくある唐揚げのようなコロモはなく、骨付き肉の肉は素揚げに近い感じ。 表面はカリッ❗中はじゅわ~ で熱々‼️ 付け合わせのキャベツは、それだけでお腹がいっぱいになるくらい多かったです。 キレイに飾り切りされたキュウリとトマトも添えられていました。 値段は1,150円でちょい高めですが、食べて良かったです。 他のお客が食べてるラーメンも美味しそうでした。

佐久臼田にある【鳥忠食堂】むしり(鳥モモ肉唐揚げ)発祥の店として有名。 是非食べてみたいと思いました。 平日だし混雑皆無と思いきや…11時30分開店と同時に次から次とお客さんが!…とても平日とは思えないくらい。即満席状態には驚きました? さっそく…むしり定食と固チャーシュー麺をオーダー。むしり目的だったが、限定5食に目が眩んだ?‍? 待つこと20分位。初めに固チャーシュー麺登場!濃いめの醤油スープ。まずはスープをふたくちすする…。 鶏が効いた見た目ほど塩っぱくない美味い味だ。固チャーシューとは…鳥軟骨なのか…固くコリコリ。とても嚙み切れない。だが!噛めば噛むほど旨味抜群?これはマジで…美味いラーメン。まさにこだわりの一品かと思いました? そして…むしり定食の登場だ! 鳥モモ肉の素揚げ。スッゴイ美味い?外はパリパリで中はジューシーの言葉そのもの?ガッツリ超満腹になりました? 美味しくいただきました。 ごちそうさまでした。 また来たいお店です✌️

This super local and inexpensive place specializes in chicken stock ramen and chicken meat dishes, like a famous juicy roast chicken quarter. I went on a weekday at lunch and it was busy with local laborers on break. The ramen was really good, but the menu was a bit difficult to understand, so I just ended up taking the server's recommendation. No English, so you have to be adventurous, but the staff was friendly.
