この会社の車に乗りましたが、自動車には一般的に新車保証と言う物がありますよね、このメーカーは、故障に対して色々勝手な理由をつけたり、明らかに機能が正常に作動していない物でも、「故障では無い」と言い張り、酷い対応を行っている会社です。 きっと、車を売っているディーラーさんも大変な思いをしていることと思います。 そんな事を気にしない人でないと、ここの車は買うべきでは無いですね。 また、気にされない方でないと購入する資格は無いようです。 具体的に例を挙げると ドアや天井の内張りが、まれに剥がれてしまう例があります。トアの内張り部品の新品価格は、1ヶ所およそ20~30万円(部品代のみ)するそうです。一度に全部剥がれることは無いとは思いますが、仮に全部剥がれたとしたら結構な金額になりますが、これは保証では修理してもらうことはできません。 また他にもシートの調整機構が故障した場合も、故障では無いと言い出す始末で、これもまた保証修理をしません。 輸入元がこのような対応を行っていることを理解できる方には、問題無いと思いますが、殆どの日本人には理解できないのではないでしょうか??

出荷停止をしているのに、その理由を隠蔽して、かなり突っ込まないと話してくれない。エンジントラブルで同じ問題が発生していてもリコールしない。修理はコストを安く済ませる為にどうするかのやりとりをドイツと延々と行い、その間顧客を待たせ続ける。全て実際に経験して、もう次にポルシェを買うのは絶対にやめようと思いました。以前トヨタがリコールでアメリカの議会で召喚をくらいましたが、早晩同じことが起きると思います。

上記の方々のコメントは全て真実でした。 ポルシェジャパンのサポート体制はダメです。ドイツ本社でいくら素晴らしい車を作っても、日本では安心して使えないです。 ポルシェジャパンはPORSCHE AGの子会社というより、運搬会社です。車をドイツから日本まで運搬し、倉庫に保管して、フフライチャイズのディーラーに発送するだけです。 何か車の問題ありましたら、ディーラーや現場に丸投げ、何も責任を負いません。 注文する前に今後のサービス質にもある程度覚悟が必要かもしれません。 The support of Porsche Japan is useless. Very poorly made! Bought a brand new Macan in February 2021 and it broke down in less than a month! The road assistance arrived in 3 hours and the replacement car given to me was a Toyota Vitz!! NEVER BUY A PORSCHE
