ちゃんと見てくれましたよ。
場所はわかりずらいので一度目は通りすぎてしまいました(笑)
こちらで車買った訳じゃないので
対応悪かったら嫌だなぁ～って思ってましたが
スタッフの方みんないい人でした！
しかも知り合いが働いていました(笑)
母体がファミリーさんなんで地元密着でいい感じです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 移転及び経営会社が変わってリニューアルされました。新車とと中古車販売ブースとに分けられていて作業スペースも広いです。スタッフさんは親切で丁寧ですが、やはり敷居が高い感じはします。
The relocation and management company has been changed and renewed. The work space is large because it is divided into a new car and a used car sales booth. The staff is kind and courteous, but I still feel that the threshold is high.

電話で予約した際に、代車のことは聞かれなかったので訪問時に貸してくれると思っていたが、いざ当日となると「代車のことは聞いていない」とシラをきられ、一度帰るハメに。
こちらの確認不足もあるが謝罪も一切なし。
だが、整備は良好。
車は最高なのに、スタッフのサービスが残念すぎた。二度と利用しない。
整備が良好なのは、ディーラーとして当たり前の話なので★は１つ。

When I made a reservation on the phone, I was not asked about the substitute car, so I thought that I would lend it at the time of the visit, but on the day I got rid of Shira saying that I did not hear about the substitute car and returned once Saddle.
There is no confirmation here, but no apology.
However, maintenance is good.
The car was great but the staff service was too disappointing. Never use it again.
Good maintenance is a matter of course as a dealer, so ★ is one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 納車して1ヶ月も経ってないのに車が勝手に動けなくなった！作りが悪いですね?あと故障した時の対応も非常に悪かったです❗️代車でもらった車は装備なにもついてないヴィッツでした！
絶対ポルシェを買わない方がいい

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーバーヒート寸前の状態で応急の為に伺ったけど、全く相手にされずサービスフロントにブロックされ
「今日は予約がいっぱい」「予約してください。空いてるのは1ヶ月後です」
何とか診断だけでも頼み込んだけど、ここで買ってないからかな。以降は無視して奥に入っちゃったよ。サービスフロントはお客様放置状態。
サービスも昼食どきのようでこっちを見るだけ。
困ってるけど放置プレイ。プジョーに変わってたけど、サービスは変わらんでしょう。
店舗が移転してからは、営業さんの態度が少し柔らかくなったかな。

After the store moved, I wonder if the salesperson's attitude has become a little softer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヤナセ系列でヤナセ園生と同じ組織に属している。社屋は以前はベンツ販売店だった。
ポルシェ販売店になって雰囲気も高級感があり、なかなかいい。
It belongs to the same organization as Yanase Sonno in the Yanase family. The company building used to be a Mercedes-Benz store.
Being a Porsche dealer, the atmosphere is luxurious and it is quite good.

ヤナセさんに変わった新しいポルシェセンター千葉さんで初めてポルシェを購入しました。
みなさん笑顔で対応してくださって、気持ちよく利用できます。
旅行先で何かあっても、近くのヤナセさんのお店で出来る事はしてくださる様なので安心です。
先日バンパーをぶつけて、預けに行ったのですが、急だったので代車が出払っておりましたが、すぐにレンタカーを手配してくれて助かりました。
またお世話になりたいです。
