高級車の割には普通以下の対応。ヤナセや日本車ディーラーの方が気遣いがある。担当者にもよるのだろうが、最初の担当者はカタログさえくれなかった。また、ディーラーで扱うポルシェの自動車保険の説明はペラの案内を一枚渡されただけ。二人目の担当者は約束事が苦手らしく頼んだ見積もりや定期点検日時の確認連絡等何度もすっぽかされた。こちらから何度も連絡しないと話が進まなかった。普通の会社なら通用しないが車業界はこんなものなのか、それともここの販売会社が殿様商売なのか。こんなところで新車を買わなきゃ良かったと後悔するばかり。

近場で探していた車の納期が早かったので契約。その後、急遽担当者が辞めて引き継ぎないまま何の連絡もなし。契約時に加入した5年のメンテナンスパック加入も確認せず請求書出される始末。なんのサポートも無いこんなディーラーには二度と行かないし、買わない。車は良いがここのディーラーの営業マンは最低以下。商品力だけじゃこの先やってけないよ?!

悪い評価と良い評価で分かれているが、良い評価な人は車のトラブルがない人でしょうね。 トラブルが起きた時こそどう対応されたかが大事。 ここを運用しているエクセルシオールみたいな会社名のPCはひどいですね。 預けた車をぶつけられ、修理完了予定日にはまだ板金修理に出されてさえいなかった。 世田谷はクラシックと銘うちながらも対応をしてくれない。利益が出ないのだろうか、 それとも昔ながらの技術者はもういないんだろうか。 それともレストラン事業に忙しいのかしら。 銀座、目黒、青山は同じ運営会社。 どのポルシェセンターで購入しても、やれることは同じ、買取価格もほぼ同じ。 クラシック部門がある世田谷を運営しているのは強みのはずだが、前述の通り対応しない。 駐車場は狭いし、クラシック以外の整備は整備のできる系列店行き。 つまりはここで購入する必要はない。 まさかポルシェ買う人が、青山、銀座という地名に惹かれて買うわけないですよね。

先日、車を点検のためにお邪魔しましたが、担当営業者以外もスタッフの対応が雑でした。車は今後も使いますが、なるべくこのディーラーに来る機会を少なくしたいです。 I visited here with my wife, to get her car inspected and the attitude of the staff made us very uncomfortable. She addressed some issues but the staff brushed it off like they were nothing. If you have any other choices I would recommend buying from another shop.
The other day, I visited the car for inspection, but the staff other than the sales staff in charge did not respond well. I will continue to use the car, but I would like to reduce the chances of coming to this dealer as much as possible. Walked in and around the shop for 10 mins. Nobody spoke to me, nobody asked if I needed help. Ankther person that was there was genuinely interested in buying a car. Again, nobody said a word to him. I have a Porsche in Australia and if my local dealer was as lazy as these guys, I would have bought a Mercedes instead.
