Q	Quyen Chanh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通りがかりに見つけたお店。店の出で立ちから昭和ワールド全開、内装や調度も年季入りまくり、お料理が不味いわけがない。色々迷ってヒレカツ&ハンバーグを選択。パン粉は手造りでキメの細かいタイプ、1口目であぁ、いい肉を使ってはるなと分かるレベル。しば漬け、赤だしも京都らしくてナイス。あっという間に完食してしまいました。値段も手頃で他に気になるメニューも沢山あるのでリピート確実です。ごちそうさまでした。 The shop I found on the way. 祐	祐希相沢 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて訪れました。最初はお隣のお好み焼きジャンボにお邪魔する心算でしたが、お持ち帰りでの営業しかされておらず、こちらに寄せて頂きました。開店間も無くだったので、私が一番目の逆でした。店内は奥行きのある造りとなっていますが、手前六人掛けテーブル二つのみが使用可能の様で、カウンターは店内奥迄続きますが、荷物が置かれており、使われている形跡はありません。年配のご夫婦で営まれており、店主の旦那様は寡黙で調理に専念され、奥様はホール、お話好きの感じのいい方でした。伺うに名古屋で修行され、時代と共に移ろう飲食業界、京都は一乗寺の学生の胃袋を支え10年、そしてこの等持院で30年。細かくサクサクの衣と柔らかな豚肉、お手製の味噌ダレは、ご主人の心配りと奥様のお話で美味しさが加味され、週末のお昼のひと時を有意義なものにしてくれました。味噌ダレが恋しくなった頃にまた寄せて頂きます。 I visited for the first time.
