しかしてそこらのわけのわからん個人店よりチェーン店のほうが往々にして味、衛生、接客においてまともなのである。
もちろんお店との距離が近いことによって生じる付加価値は存在するものであるし、それを否定するわけではないのだが。
とはいえ大量生産のものにも人の想いがこもっていることは理解しておくべきかと思う。
ところでアルバイト募集の紙に11:30～14:00で2,000円と書いてあった。
個人店だから、暖かみがあるから、 は最低賃金を割る言い訳になるのかしらん。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気さくな女将サンで琴平の中野うどん学校に居られた方で良い雰囲気です。いつ行っても、同じうどんで美味しいです。うどん玉は、香川琴平の本当の讃岐からのうどんです。本場より少し細めの京都仕様です。
It is a good atmosphere for those who were friendly landlady Sun and stayed at Nakano Udon School in Kotohira. The udon is the same and delicious no matter when you go. Udon balls are udon noodles from the true Sanuki of Kotohira, Kagawa. It is a Kyoto specification that is a little thinner than the real one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 単純に美味しくない。評価が高いのが不思議です。讃岐なのに麺が柔らか過ぎて、歯ごたえが無い。半セルフってなんやねん。なんか対応も悪い。星1個つけただけでも有り難く思えや！
It's simply not delicious. It is strange that the evaluation is high. Although it is Sanuki, the noodles are too soft and not chewy. What is half-self? Somehow the correspondence is also bad. I'm grateful to have just one star!

私はここで2年間（2-3年前）バイトをしていました。毎日働く事が楽しみになるような素敵なママさんとマスターがいるうどん屋さんです。味はもちろん絶品です！毎日食べても飽きない美味しさですし、このうどんより美味しいうどんに、私はまだ出会えていません。間違いなく私の人生で1番美味しくて優しいうどんでした。ありがとうございますマスター、ママさん?♂️❤️
観光地もすぐ近くですし、京都に来たら絶対行ったほうがいいです！オススメ！

It's actually very close to some tourist spots?（It located between Myoshinji and Ryoanji) No English but you can see the photo of udon in the restaurant and easy to order. You can taste traditional udon in this Japanese style restaurant?
Actually I worked here for 2 years as part-time when I was univ student(it was 3 years ago) I sudden remember and I really miss this UDON and owner. It's a great udon restaurant with a lovely mum and master who make me look forward to working every day. The food is Of course excellent! You could eat it every day and never get tired of it, and I have yet to find a better udon than this one in my life. Definitely the best and most kindly udon I have ever had in my life. I really really appreciate Master and Mama❤️ Love.

I worked here for 2 years (2-3 years ago). It's a udon restaurant with a wonderful mom and master who are looking forward to working every day. The taste is of course excellent! It's delicious that you won't get tired of eating it every day, and I haven't come across a udon that is more delicious than this udon. It was definitely the most delicious and gentle udon in my life. Thank you Master, Mama-san ?♂️❤️
Sightseeing spots are close by, so if you come to Kyoto, you should definitely go there! recommendation!

この貼り紙がずっと気になっていました。
平日に休みが取れたので朝イチ訪問！
あんかけと蓮根の天ぷらと無料の卵をいただきました。もちもちのおうどんと餡が絡んでとても美味しかったです。からだもポカポカ。

I took a day off on weekdays, so I visited Asaichi in the morning!
I had ankake, lotus root tempura and free eggs. The chewy udon and bean paste were entwined and it was very delicious. The body is also warm.
