今までで一番美味しい豚カツでした。
少しお高いですが、これだけ美味しければ満足です。

A long-established pork cutlet shop in Sugamo. I had a set meal of upper loin cutlet. The umami fat, the taste and texture of the clothes were also good, and it was delicious.

お昼時は常に満席のイメージです。
席数は少なく、最大でも4人席ですが1-2人でのお客さんが多いので、4人で座るにはかなり待ちそう…
今回は一番安いロースカツ定食を注文しました。
ご飯とお味噌汁、お新香がついて1600円はやや高いかな…とんかつはサクサクでやわらかく美味しいですが提供までに30分くらいかかりました。ひとつひとつ丁寧に揚げているようです。今回は急いでなかったのでよかったですが、一緒にいた子供は待ちくたびれていました(^^;;
来店人数と時間には要注意ですが、美味しいお店でした。

ロースかつは、衣サクサクで肉は柔らかくジューシーで美味しいです。海老フライは太くてこれまた美味しいです。

Loin katsu is crispy and the meat is tender, juicy and delicious. Fried shrimp is thick and delicious.

とんかつが無性に食べたくなり駅近の評判だけで見て、値段もまったく見ずに来店。
アラ、結構するのね?と思いつつ、ヒレカツ注文??
1日1食しか食べてなく神経が研ぎ澄まされてたせいか、とんかつを持ってきてくれた時から豚の匂いが気になった。
店内は人は少なく、通い慣れた人たちがポツポツ来てた感じ。
店内は音楽もなくシーンと静か。
エリア柄か年齢層は高め。
普通には美味しいと思いました?♂️
ただ豚臭さが気になったので?3つ。
