★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome free museum for the kiddies! Fun and interactive with 3 floors to explore. Unfortunately everything is in Japanese, so if you don't understand it you won't get as much education of it. The amount of time you spend there will depend on how much Japanese you can understand and how long you allow your kids to play for. Washrooms available on the main floor with a nursing room located near the front doors. Our son loved it and they had costumes available to take in front of their Halloween display (we were there early October). Kind of out of the way in relation to the malls around Odaiba though, just an FYI. Fun times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of things to do here. The little experiment would keep the kids occupied. It’s a bit out of the way from the train stations. The view from museums is nice too. For non Japanese speaking ppl, could be a bit not worth the effort though, there’s no English brochure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the most fun or exciting museum but a great way to kill a few hours and learn about the water cycle and water delivery system around Tokyo, especially if one has kids (or just wants to learn more about how clean water gets piped to your home). The is a theater and also a small but somewhat fun lab area with several live experiments that kids will enjoy. Best of all, price of entry is free. There is no car parking in the museum but public car parking is available nearby at the TOC Building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to spend the day with kids or those who enjoy science. Great water table for little kids as well as live experiments for the older kids. Most things are in Japanese but many can still be comprehended. Entrance is free and it’s an easy walk from the Rinko or Yurikamome lines. Great addition to an Odaiba trip
