The auction house shipped my item using the most expensive shipping service possible without my authorization, and it cost me nearly 200,000 JPY to have a small painting shipped. I asked, in writing, for 5 day economy shipment and they went with the most expensive overnight service without receiving any authorization from me and charged it to my FedEx account, leaving me absolutely no recourse. As of now, they have taken no responsibility for their actions and have not rectified the situation.
