We took one of the boats over to the Marine Park which was a nice way to get there.
When we got there, it was extremely windy, so rug up if it's a cold day.
There are around 5 levels of shops and restaurants to visit and Madame Tussauds and other interesting places.
You can also catch the train there and if like us, you miss the last ferry because you want to watch the sunrise, it's an easy ride back to Tokyo.
Currently they are building a beach area (inspired by Santa Monica Pier), so it will be a great place to visit closer to the end of 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The panoramic view of Tokyo was beautiful. The landscape here at the park was terrific. The perspective from the boardwalk leads your eyes towards the rainbow bridge and the Tokyo Tower in the center. There were a lot of benches to enjoy a sweet romantic moment with your partner. If you have a chance to visit Tokyo during the new year, this place is the only place you could enjoy the fireworks show with the backdrop of the Tokyo metropolitan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice place for family and friends activities. there are rental shops for gears.. along the beach there are little spots good for picnic and visitors are go wind surfing and kayaking. great view of Rainbow Bridge from here... there is also a miniature Statue of Liberty here.
