兎に角、蕎麦を喰らう為に調った粋なお店です。
華美なく、出過ぎず、控え目。
貴重な、蕎麦喰い処。
ご主人の人となりが感じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北浦和駅から徒歩5分くらい、雰囲気のある商店街を入ってちょっとのところにある、これまた趣のあるそば屋さんでございます。
巷で問うたときに人が答えるであろうそば屋のイメージを100%体現した店内。近所の常連とおぼしき、少しお年を召された品のいいお客様。スムーズにかつ丁寧に注文を聞いてくれるフロアのご婦人。店の奥で真摯にそばを作るおやじさん。
食べる前からわかるおいしさ、食べて確信へ。さすが宿場町のそば屋さん。ダシもきっちり効いてます。寒い中、駅前を15分うろついて決めたかいがありました。
About 5 minutes on foot from Kitaurawa station, it is a quaint salad shop, which is in a little place after entering a shopping street with atmosphere.
Inside the store 100% embodied the image of a buckwheat shop where people would answer when asked in the street. A regular customer with a neighborhood, a good customer with good old days. A lady on the floor that hears orders smoothly and politely. Oya who makes soba in earnest at the back of the store.
Deliciousness to understand before eating, to eat and to believe. As expected, a buckwheat store in the tokyo town. Dashi is working perfectly as well. In the cold we had decided to hang around in front of the station for 15 minutes.

鰹出汁のめんつゆもいい味です。
The soba noodles are handmade at the shop and are very delicious.
Mentsuyu with bonito broth is also a good taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆったり過ごす事が出来ました。冷やしきのこそばと親子丼セットを注文。どちらも美味しかったですが、そばは冷しの方が個人的には好みでした。親子丼も評判通り美味しかったです。
I was able to spend a relaxing time in a calm atmosphere. I ordered a cold mushroom soba and oyakodon set. Both were delicious, but I liked cold soba personally. Oyakodon was delicious as well.

毎朝、ご主人が早くからご用意しているお蕎麦、とてもオイシイデスヨ。そば打ちの様子をガラス越しに拝見できます。
コロナの関係で着席間隔広げていただいているので、昼の混雑時間帯は、待ち人数が多めです。

Every morning, the soba noodles that my husband prepares from early on are very delicious. You can see the soba noodles made through the glass.
Due to the corona, the seating interval is widened, so there are a lot of people waiting during the busy hours of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早朝から店先で黙々と店主が蕎麦を打つお店。昼の早い時間は、近所のご紳士ご淑女が、正午過ぎるとサラリーマンで賑わう。コシがあり蕎麦の香りが楽しめる。
A shop where the owner silently beats soba noodles at the storefront from early morning. In the early hours of the day, ladies and gentlemen in the neighborhood are crowded with office workers after noon. It is chewy and you can enjoy the aroma of soba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北浦和駅西口商店街には買い物には来ていましたが昼食に寄る機会がなくて、今回初めてです。コチラはなんとも昭和感ただよう風情のお店構えで、以前から気になっていました。軽装の歩いてみえるご近所の方が中心で、12時をまわれば程なく満席になっていました。二人掛けのテーブル席が10もない狭めながら清掃の行き届いた清潔感…出汁の香りが微かにします。メニューはセット物、冷たい蕎麦、温かい蕎麦と続きますが、やはりセットメニューがお得に感じます。天ざる…にも目がいきましたが、肌寒い日でしたし好物でもあるおかめ蕎麦をオーダー。蒲鉾、ほうれん草、しいたけ、竹の子、ワカメ、韮、ゆで卵、三つ葉、麩入り。出汁は甘め…好きな味でした。注文時はマスクをして会話、配膳時は黙食のお声がけがありますから、コロナ対策も安心ですね。
I came to the west exit shopping street of Kitaurawa station for shopping, but I didn't have a chance to stop by for lunch, so this is my first time. This is a shop with a Showa era atmosphere, and I've always been interested in it. Most of the people in the neighborhood were lightly dressed and could be seen walking, and it was almost full after 12 o'clock. There are not 10 table seats for two people, but the cleanliness is well-cleaned ... The scent of the soup stock is faint. The menu continues with set items, cold soba, and warm soba, but the set menu still feels great. I was also impressed by the heavenly colander, but it was a chilly day and I ordered Okame soba, which is my favorite food. Kamaboko, spinach, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, wakame seaweed, garlic, boiled eggs, trefoil, and fu. The soup stock was sweet ... I liked it. When ordering, there is a conversation with a mask, and when serving, there is a voice of silent meals, so it is safe to take measures against corona.
