山椒がふんだんに効いた焼き鳥に、生わさびの板わさなど。

締めはキタノマシュウの外一の蕎麦。

わさびを食べる前にその場でおろすので風味や香りを楽しめます。
山形のそばはコシが強いです。
細いですがコシがしっかりあるので食べ応えがあります。
食べ終わる前に蕎麦湯が運ばれてくるので普段は忙しいのだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご近所の山長そばさんに行ってきました。ウチは昔から出前のラーメンはこちらと決めております。山形の文化はお客様が来たら出前のラーメン！これは鉄板です（笑）ラーメンも美味しいのですが、やはり蕎麦も格別です。写真は限定8食の箱そば。運よく有りつけました！蕎麦もラーメンも両方楽しめ、昔から地元で愛されてるお店です。
I went to Mr. Yamanaga Soba in my neighborhood. We have long decided to use this ramen for delivery. Yamagata's culture is ramen that is delivered when customers come! This is an iron plate (laughs) Ramen is delicious, but soba is also exceptional. The photo is a limited edition of 8 meals of box soba. I was lucky! お伺いいたしました。
私は熱々つけ天せいろ。
お蕎麦がやはり美味しい～
熱々のつけ汁の中に天ぷらが入っていて
(海老・ピーマン・蓮根・玉ねぎ）
冷たいそばを付けて食べます♪
薬味のネギに柚子の皮が添えてあるのをみて
しみじみと師走だな～
などと思いながら頂きました。
この寒い中だったので体の中から
本当に温まりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に美味しかったし家にいるみたいで落ち着けてよかった。友達が誕生日で、身内で盛り上がっていたら、プレゼントとしてお菓子をくれてとてもいい人たちばかりで心が暖かくなった。店の前を通ったら絶対食べてほしいし、自分達もまた来たいと思った。何で星3なのかわからない。まじでお世辞じゃない、ガチうめえ。
It was really delicious and I'm glad I was at home. When my friends were on their birthday and they were excited about it, they gave me sweets as gifts and it made me feel warm. When I passed in front of the store, I definitely wanted them to eat, and I wanted to come again. I don't know why it's 3 stars. It's not really flattering, yeah.
