M	Maddo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless. We were supposed to have parking but didn't and needed to park in pay parking wherever we could find it and they wouldn't help bring in our baggage. We stay here every year but not anymore. Woman behind the counter was very rude. We have never had such bad service at a hotel anywhere in japan

I could not fault the rooms at all. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was delicious. The rooms are going to be generally clean.

Breakfast buffet is fantastic in the hotel. The buffet breakfast has ***y delicious selections. I got quite a bigger room for a single room.

There was a market nearby to stock up on supplies. In terms of the room all well cleaned. The breakfast was well above average. The front desk reception makes you feel comfortable immediately.

The breakfast buffet is quite a treat. The ***agers on duty were v helpful n gives good advice. Beautiful hotel-we didn't want to leave.
