子供が好むようなメニューが少ないので
子供連れには不向きかもしれません。
（蕎麦が好きならべつですが）
冷たい蕎麦は麺が硬めで微妙でした。

ランチタイムに訪れました。
ランチ時はランチメニューもあります。
お蕎麦のお味と出汁は好みの感じに近くて美味しかったです(^-^)
ランチメニューに付く唐揚げは個人的にいらないかな、、
お蕎麦の味が唐揚げでぼやけてしまいます。
その部分で★4とさせていただきました。唐揚げ無かったら5でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ざるを食べました。天ぷら、お蕎麦ともに、見た感じより量が多いです。お蕎麦は細切り。冷たい付け汁には、ほんのもう少し柔らかくてもいいのでは？その方が、つゆがいきると思います。ゆで時間、微妙ですよね。海老と野菜の天ぷら、美味しかったです。
I ate Tenzaru. Both tempura and soba are larger than you see. Soba is shredded. Isn't it okay to make the cold juice a little softer? I think that is the way to go. Boil time is delicate, isn't it? The shrimp and vegetable tempura was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田舎そば。ツユの椀が大きく、ゴシゴシした蕎麦を期待したら、その通りが来ました。茹でるのに時間がかかるので気長に蕨の1本漬けをつまみながら待ちましょう。
女子蕎麦のメニューも見目よく上品なたたずまい。
市内に泊まって、夜日本酒を頂けたら、雰囲気いいと思われます。

蕎麦もおいしいですが、昔の山形の民家を利用した雰囲気が大好きです。
10月の紅ご膳は、芋煮蕎麦でした。里芋とこんにゃく、それと山形牛がとても美味しかったです。
It is a soba shop in the Yamagata Marugotokan.
Soba is delicious, but I love the atmosphere of an old Yamagata private house.
The red set in October was Imoni soba. The taro, konjac, and Yamagata beef were very delicious.
