連絡先に電話したら、グレーゾーンみたいな事を言われました。
前もって申請しておくべきだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道路向かいのスポーツセンターで申請すれば利用できます。
トイレ、火起こし場、水場は設置されていますが、トイレ以外に灯りが無いので夜の調理にはライト必須です。
マナーを守らない人が多いらしく、我慢の限界が来ると閉鎖するしかないと言う状況だそうです。これからお世話になる場合はマナー、モラルを守って利用させてもらいましょう。

（令和元年6月1日改正ルール）
・多目的広場および自由広場以外の設営は禁止
・薪・炭火・花火の使用は全面禁止
焚き火台や炭火バーベキューコンロは一切使えません
（常設かまども利用不可となりました）
・火気はガスバーナーコンロおよびガスor白ガソリングリルのみ使用可能です
・必ず蔵王町役場か隣のサンスポーツランド蔵王へ利用届出をして下さい
また、現状夜間利用ができるので事実上の”キャンプ”ができますが、
マナー状況によっては今後公園の夜間閉鎖もありえます
ルールを守って綺麗に使用しましょう

・ Settings other than multipurpose and free squares are prohibited
・ Use of firewood, charcoal fireworks and fireworks is completely prohibited
焚 You can not use any bonfire or charcoal barbecue stove
(Permanent oven is no longer available)
・ Fire can only be used with gas burner stove and gas or white gasoline grill
・ Please be sure to notify the Zao Town Hall or the adjacent Sun Sports Land Zao
Also, since it can be used at night, you can actually camp.
Depending on manners, the park may be closed at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 画像は2015年のものです。2017年のGWに、DQNキャンパーが何かやらかして地元のお偉いさん方が激怒、それ以来常に閉鎖の可能性に晒されながらの運用です。「神の湯」に入って、帰りにセブンでアイス買って、湯冷めせずアイスも溶けないうちにテントに戻れる幸せを噛みしめるキャンプ場だったんですがね。このご時世、ちょっとでも有名になるとあきませんな。
The image is from 2015. In 2017 GW, DQN camper did something and the local big people were furious, and since then it has been operated while being exposed to the possibility of closure. It was a campsite where you could go into "Kami no Yu", buy ice cream at Seven on your way home, and return to your tent before the ice cream melts. I can't wait to become famous in this age.

雑草が一面を覆っていてあまり整備されていない感じです。
憩いの場を作るために総工費1億5000万円をかけて昭和63年に竣工したと記載された看板が目立ちました。
There is also a public toilet in the free parking lot. There are also playsets for young children.
It feels like weeds cover the whole surface and are not well maintained.
A sign stating that it was completed in 1988 with a total construction cost of 150 million yen to create a place of relaxation was conspicuous.
