Tempura is usually shrimp and several kinds of vegetables, but today I changed it to seasonal wild vegetable tempura (my husband is a normal tempura). A	A “食べ歩き大好きマン” I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遠刈田温泉で人気の蕎麦屋で食べて来ました。何時も昼時は行列のお店ですが、登山の帰りに丁度開店と同時に行けたので、寄ってみたら既に満員で少し待って入店　蕎麦メニューは多くありませんが、逆に潔い期待出来るとウキウキ　天ぷらもり蕎麦注文しました。蕎麦は十割ですが細く白いそしてキンキンに冷たい水で締めてあり美味い?天ぷらも地元野菜中心で美味しかったです。蕎麦つゆがもう少し濃いめだともっと良かったかなぁそのまま飲めてしまう位の濃さだったのでキリッとしょっぱめのつゆならもっと蕎麦が旨いと感じたと思うけど全体的にレベルは高し I ate at a popular soba restaurant in Togatta Onsen.
