歯応えよし、香りよしの十割蕎麦です!天婦羅は普段は海老と数種の野菜ですが、今日は季節限定の山菜の天婦羅に変更しました(夫は通常の天婦羅)。 GWとあってか、11時に開店して12時半には完売となり暖簾をおろしてましたよ(笑)
It is a 100% buckwheat noodle with a nice texture and aroma! Tempura is usually shrimp and several kinds of vegetables, but today I changed it to seasonal wild vegetable tempura (my husband is a normal tempura). Perhaps because of Golden Week, the store opened at 11 o'clock and sold out at 12:30, and the curtain was dropped (laughs).

新蕎麦を頂きました。 天ぷら付きもりそば¥1,200 ほんとにおいしかったです。 店内は広くはないので名前を言って外で待つ方式 並んでもいいのでまた遠刈田に来ることがあれば寄りたいです。

キツネ村を行って、どこか美味しいお蕎麦屋さんをとGoogleで検索してこちらに伺いました 夏の新そばのようで、とても美味しくて、子供もモリモリ食べてました☆男性は大盛りを頼んでいる方が多いようでした どうやったらお蕎麦屋さんのようなサクサク美味しい天ぷらを揚げられるんでしょうねぇ やっぱり食べに行くに限りますね! お店の方もとても感じがよく暖かい気持ちになりました(*^^*)

遠刈田温泉で人気の蕎麦屋で食べて来ました。何時も昼時は行列のお店ですが、登山の帰りに丁度開店と同時に行けたので、寄ってみたら既に満員で少し待って入店 蕎麦メニューは多くありませんが、逆に潔い期待出来るとウキウキ 天ぷらもり蕎麦注文しました。蕎麦は十割ですが細く白いそしてキンキンに冷たい水で締めてあり美味い?天ぷらも地元野菜中心で美味しかったです。蕎麦つゆがもう少し濃いめだともっと良かったかなぁ そのまま飲めてしまう位の濃さだったのでキリッとしょっぱめのつゆならもっと蕎麦が旨いと感じたと思うけど全体的にレベルは高し

麺は透き通った十割蕎麦です。 コシがあり喉ごしが良かったです。 麺をそのまま食べてみましたが正直、香りなどはわかりませんでした。 蕎麦は難しいですね。 でもとても美味しかったです!
