★ ★ ★ ★ ★ わんこプランがあるので、わんこ連れは安心して泊まれます。大型犬(秋田犬)は外にテント?組み立てていたので、小型犬のみ宿泊可かも知れません。
 There is a dog plan, so you can stay with your dog with confidence. Since the large dog (Akita Inu) was assembled in a tent outside, only small dogs may be able to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 嫌な目付きで観察される宿。
家族や団体なら大丈夫かもしれないが、カップルで行くのは絶対にお勧めできない。
仲居が部屋に強行侵入して来て、勝手に布団を敷き始める。しかも、私たちの肉体関係を確認するために、2つの布団を1つに勝手に繋げてこちらの反応を見る。
部屋を出てもずっとジロジロ観察している様子、まったく気が休まらない。
そのせいで、食事も、何が入っているのか気味が悪く感じ。
会計の際には、宿の主人らしき人物が、一言も喋らずただジッとこちらを見ている。
もちろん、お礼も言われなかった。
嫌らしい宿。もう2度と行きたくない。

Even after I left the room, I couldn't relax at all as I was observing Jirojiro all the time.
Because of that, the food also feels creepy about what's in it.
At the time of accounting, the person who seems to be the owner of the inn is just staring at me without speaking a word.
Of course, I wasn't thanked.
An unpleasant inn. I don't want to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はじめての宿泊でしたが、接客もとても良くビュッフェ形式の食事ばかりの宿に馴染み深い自分としては、懐石料理のお膳はとても新鮮で、味も板長の真心のこもったとても上品かつ奥深い味わいの数々の料理に身も心も癒され大満足❗
お風呂も源泉かけ流しの温泉も大満足でした。個人的な感想ですがリピート決定ですね。
It was my first stay, but as a person who is familiar with the inn where the customer service is very good and only buffet style meals, the kaiseki meal is very fresh and the taste is very elegant and profound with the heart of the chef. I am very satisfied with the many dishes that heal my body and soul ❗
I was very satisfied with the hot springs that flowed directly from the source. It's a personal impression, but it's a repeat decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １５０００円ほどのプランで宿泊しました。（宿に直接電話予約の為プラン名不明）
・お風呂最高でした！熱いのが好きな人にはお勧めです！その代わり時期的にも寒かったので露天風呂はちょっとぬるいかな？って感じでした。露天風呂は一つしかないので
時間に余裕があれば男女交代したときにもう一度入ったほうがいいと思います。私の時は１８時３０分～交代でした。
・食事もどれもおいしかったです！夕食は多めです。お刺身、天ぷら、茶わん蒸しなど。お刺身は最高でした☆朝食はその半分くらいで優しめです！とろろが有名なのかな？ごはん３杯いけました。夕食は別の客室を使用し家族のみでの食事。朝食は広間のようなところで他のお客様と被る場合もありますが時間はそれぞれずらしているかもしれません。
・お部屋は家族４人で宿泊し、全員喫煙者の為特に不満はないです。普通のお部屋といったところでしょうか？布団はコロナ禍の為チェックイン時にすでに敷いてあります。
・接客に不満を書かれている方もいましたが、私としてはよくしてもらったと思います。不快に感じるところはありませんでした。ただ夕食の支度中なのか16時頃チェックインした方たちがいましたがフロントに人がいなく呼び鈴も故障していてなかなか来ませんでした。チリンチリンと鳴らすものが置かれていましたがそれを振っても気づかないようなのでそこは改善しないとクレームになるのかな？と思いました。
・アメニティーも充実してると思いますが、綿棒おいてくれるなら廊下ではなく客室かお風呂場においてほしいです。廊下だと気づきにくいかとおもわれます。
総合的には満足ですが二点ほど改善するべきかな？って思うので☆４です！

・ The bath was the best! Recommended for those who like hot! Instead, it was cold at the time, so why not make the open-air bath a little lukewarm? It was like that. Because there is only one open-air bath
If you have time, I think you should re-enter when you change men and women. At my time, it was changed from 18:30.
・ The food was delicious! Supper is a lot. Sashimi, tempura, steamed tea bowl, etc. The sashimi was the best ☆ Breakfast is about half that and gentle! Is tororo famous? I got 3 cups of rice. Dinner is a family meal in a separate room. Breakfast may be served with other guests in places like halls, but the times may be staggered.
・ The room is for 4 family members, and all of them are smokers, so there is no particular dissatisfaction. Is it a normal room? The futon has already been laid at check-in due to the corona damage.
・ Some people complained about the customer service, but I think they did well. I didn't feel uncomfortable. However, there were people who checked in at around 16:00, probably because they were preparing dinner, but there were no people at the front desk and the doorbell was out of order, so it was hard to come. There was something that clinks, but it seems that you do not notice it even if you shake it, so will it be a complaint if you do not improve it? I thought.
・ I think that the amenities are substantial, but if you can leave a cotton swab, I would like it to be in the guest room or bathroom instead of the corridor. It may be difficult to notice in the corridor.
Overall, I'm satisfied, but should I improve about two points? I think it's ☆ 4!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 静かで良い旅館でした。お風呂も良く、お料理もおそらく出始めであろう山菜の天ぷらが大変美味しかったです。
It was a quiet and good inn. The bath was good, and the edible wild plants tempura, which probably started to serve, was very delicious.

接客態度 とても素晴らしく、しっかりと説明など受けました！帰り際も寒くなってきましたね～お気をつけてお帰りください。と笑顔で見送って貰いました！
お部屋 広かったです！コロナ対策でお布団はもう敷いてありましたがそれもちゃんと説明されたのでよかったです。
お茶やお茶菓子もおいてあり、冷蔵庫には飲みもの(有料)ですが入っていました。
部屋も清潔で文句無しでした！ただ、できれば……電子レンジがあればよかったかな……と！思いました！
エアコンの効きもよく、空気清浄機もありました！加湿もできます！
お食事 産地の食材を使っており、夜ごはんも朝ごはんもとてもおいしくご飯をおかわりしてしまいました(笑)温泉たまごもとってもおいしく、お土産で買って帰りました！
温泉 家族風呂に入りましたが、とてもお湯が温かく、お肌もすべすべになりました！
子供は少し熱すぎるかな？私は丁度よく、疲れもとれたかな？?
お風呂場も清潔で、気持ちよく入ることができて満足しました(￣з￣)
こちらの旅館らおすすめです(´･ω･｀)
コロナ対策もしっかりとされていたのでそこも安心しました！

I visited this inn for a long time trip!
Customer service attitude was very good and I received a thorough explanation! It's getting colder on your way home ~ Please be careful when you go home. I was sent off with a smile!
The room was large! The futon had already been laid as a measure against corona, but I'm glad that it was explained properly.
There was also tea and sweets, and there was a drink (charged) in the refrigerator.
The room was clean and perfect! However, if possible ... I wish I had a microwave oven ...! thought!
The air conditioner worked well, and there was also an air purifier! You can also humidify!
Meals: We use ingredients from the production area, and the evening and breakfast are very delicious. (Laughs) The hot spring eggs are also delicious, so I bought them as souvenirs and went home!
I took a family bath at a hot spring, but the water was very warm and my skin became smooth!
Is the child a little too hot? Am I just right and tired? ?
The bathroom was clean and I was happy to be able to enter comfortably (￣з￣)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １２月に宿泊しました。泉質がよく、何回も入って満足しました。料理は地物を中心に豪華さではなく、穏やかなほっこりした心がこもったものでした。平屋で移動も楽です。残念なところがありました。
残念だったところは貸切風呂です。湯船に手すりがなく、それでいて深めなので、膝が悪い私はひやっとしました。
I stayed in December. The quality of the spring was good, and I was satisfied with it many times. The food was not luxurious, centered on the features, but was calm, warm and hearty. It is a one-story building and easy to move around. There was a disappointment.
The unfortunate place is the private bath. The bathtub doesn't have a handrail, but it's deep, so I had a bad knee and I was afraid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のレビューでも書かれていましたが、受付の方の接客が冷たく、馬鹿にされたような感じがしてとても傷つきました。
母の誕生日祝いで利用させて頂きましたが、次は来ないかなと思います。
露天風呂のお湯が、外というのを考慮しても非常にぬるく、冬の利用には向いていないなと思います。
内湯の方はよかったです。犬と泊まれるというサービスを行なっている点も良いなと思いますので、先述したところが改善されたら嬉しいな…と思いました。
As it was written in other reviews, the receptionist's customer service was cold and I felt like a fool and it hurt me very much.
I used it to celebrate my mother's birthday, but I don't think it will come next time.
The hot water in the open-air bath is very lukewarm even considering that it is outside, so I think it is not suitable for winter use.
The indoor bath was better. I think it's good that we offer a service where you can stay with your dog, so I'd be happy if the above-mentioned points were improved.
