H	Heinrich Heine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 転居後通勤で利用しております。各種トラブルの多い路線で、他路線より疲弊します。鉄道会社の責任ではない部分も多いですが…駅員の方も我関せずといったスタンスで、トラブルを放置している節があります。昔、友人が言っていた事をただの卑下と思っていましたが、今は痛いほど実感しております。 I use it for commuting after moving. It is a route with many troubles and is more exhausted than other routes. There are many parts that are not the responsibility of the railway company, but there is a section where the trouble is left unattended due to the stance that the station staff does not care. I used to think that what my friend said was just a sneaky thing, but now I feel it painfully.

お	おかよひろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乗ろうとしてる人がいるのにドアを閉めないで下さい。タイミング的にこちらが乗ろうとしたのに気づいてドアを閉めにきたのは分かりました。乗った後に「駆け込み乗車はやめて下さい」とアナウンスがありましたが、こちらとしては「ちゃんと見てドアを閉めてください」とお返しします。事故が起きて電車が止まると客が迷惑しますし、鉄道会社も困るでしょ。遅延してるときはろくにお詫び放送、情報提供しないくせに。 Don't close the door when someone is trying to get on. I knew that I came to close the door when I noticed that I was about to get on. After getting on the train, there was an announcement saying "Please stop rushing in", but we will return "Please look carefully and close the door". If an accident occurs and the train stops, customers will be inconvenienced and the railway company will be in trouble. p	piggy smell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野田線沿線に住んでいますが、朝夕ラッシュ時の急行運転(大宮線)が無い、急行が有ってもスカイツリーラインの半直と比べたら本数が少ない。春日部以東の複線化がされない。車両が60000系18本、10030系7本は有るものの未だに50年越えの8000系が多く2021年度現在新車の増便無く東京近郊の路線とは思えない。アーバンパクライナーは夜に浅草始発が2、3本有るのみで本数が少なく使い勝手が良くない。60000系の車内Wi-Fiもau回線しか使えない。ごく稀に駅員の態度が悪く無愛想。改善点はそれなりにあります。 I live along the Noda line, but there is no express operation (Omiya line) during the morning and evening rush hours, and even if there is an express, the number is small compared to the half-shift of the Sky Tree line. My experiences with Tobu Railway and Tobu Nikko is one of the worst services I have ever experienced in Japan. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Except the person who sold me bus pass ticket in Nikko. I wonder what kind of policy do they have upon the staffs. Look like people are unhappy to work for Tobu company so it reflects on their customer service. I understand there are only a few option to get around in Nikko by public transportation so it’s kinda a monopoly company which they don’t care about their customer services. Unhappy and unfriendly staffs might come from what kind of benefits or training the company give to them. I’m doubting if they can make business like this in the long run in Japan. Which customers always demand good services.
