旅券の予約に行きましたが、案内の質が最低でした。最初の女性スタッフさんも「お取りになりたいなら取りますけど…」という敬語なんだか分からない案内。その後、最初の女性スタッフが離席し違う女性スタッフが対面のカウンターに入ってきましたがそこからが最悪でした。まずスタッフ変わった？にもかかわらずひとこともこちらに言わずひたすらカタカタとキーボードを打ち続け、またこのコロナの時期にセパレートがあるとはいえ何度もくしゃみをしながらもまた無言でパソコン操作。からの無言で離･着席を繰り返す。一体どのスタッフがなんの作業をしているのかも伝えられないまま15分以上待たされ痺れを切らしこちらから話しかけてやっと「もうチケット出てきてたのでもうすぐです。」と伝えられました。また2人目に来たスタッフが代わりに作業されていたのかと思いきやそのスタッフは別の方のチケットを私の目の前のパソコンで取っていたらしく、私はただキーボードを強めに叩くカタカタ音とくしゃみを聞かされていただけでした。 10分以上待たせるのなら各手順の合間に一言入れるだとか、どういった行程で待たせてるのかとかを伝えるべきだと思います。それとそもそも違う案内のスタッフを長時間目の前に置かないでいただきたい。バックスペースにもう1台パソコンを置けば済む話なのではないか。楽しみな旅行のチケットを買いに相談に行っただけなのにとても残念な気持ちになりました。
