み	みがも on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域のための鉄道を運行しているはずだが、経営面では地域に貢献していない存在。昔から親しまれた湯田中駅をいきなり志賀高原駅に改称しようとして旅館組合から猛反対を受ける。ほかにも、本社の向かいにあった長電権堂ビルについては電鉄側が減築を提案しており「耐震補強をしてくれるなら営業を続ける」と入居していたイトーヨーカドー側が説明していたものの、電鉄側が耐震補強費をケチったことでヨーカドーが撤退。近隣住民から食品スーパーを奪ってしまう。他にも権堂駅を善光寺門前駅にまたもや改称しようするなど、地元のための経営や地域の歴史を大切にしない電鉄。若い人は駅員乗務員ともにいい人が多いが年輩や経営層が良くない。 It is supposed to operate a railway for the area, but it does not contribute to the area in terms of management.
