ベビーカー子連れで訪問。コシのある讃岐うどん、とても美味しかった。牛肉ののったうどん、冷やぶっかけだと脂がかたまってしまったので温かいほうが良かったかも。
Visit with baby stroller. Sanuki udon with Kosi was very delicious. It might be better to be warm because it was stuffed with beef and udon with beef, cold and succulent.

注文して、しばらくしてから品切れと言われる事が何度もあった。事前確認ぐらい済ませて欲しい。あと、注文してから出てくるまでが遅いので、混んでるときは避けた方が良さそう。 うどんはまぁまぁ。
After ordering, I was often told that it was out of stock. I want you to confirm it in advance. Also, it's late from ordering to coming out, so it seems better to avoid it when it's crowded. Udon is ok.

お腹ぺこぺこだったので、創作うどん(かつカレーうどん・辛口・中盛)を頂きました。 濃い~し、結構辛かったです(^_^;) もちろん美味しかったです。 美味しそうなメニューがいっぱいあったのでまた食べに行きたいと思います

『肉かけ(温)+肉ダブル+とり天(税別¥650+250+200)』… てゆかこの日も飛田給近辺で1時間半ホドの空き時間が出来てシマッタので、少し前から気になってたうどん店に来てみマシタ♪..(-_-;)v とゆコトで13時少し前店着...2人用テーブル席4~5卓にカウンター7~8席の結構ヲサレな店内ゎ常時7~8割と結構な入り...(^_^; 取り敢えず漏れ的に事前に予習をして、我がヂモトの武蔵野うどんチックな『肉うどん ざる+大盛+肉ダブル+かしわ天』を頼もうと思ってたのだが、残念ながら『肉うどん ざる』と『かしわ天』ゎメニューにゎ無かった...(;つД`)...ので、暫し熟考の上で上記メニューで妥協して注文してみマシタ...(笑) でも何気に『うどんの麺増し』を注文するのを忘れてシマッタのゎ少々痛かったカナ...(^O^; てゆかイリコ出汁&昆布系がホド良く効いた、なかなか香り高い熱々のツユゎ結構( ゚Д゚)ウマー♪...ただラーメンぢゃないんだから「レンゲ」が最初から付属されるのゎちょっと違うかな...(笑) んでうどん自体ゎ事前情報でゎ『讃岐系』とのコトだが確かに讃岐系っぽい感じ...だが、少しうどん自体のエッジが丸く思ってた以上に柔らかめな歯応え...何気に箸で持ち上げると軽く切れてしまうのゎ少々違うカナ...(^_^; んでトッピのヲ肉(豚バラ)ゎこの肉ダブルで綺麗にカットされたモノが10~12枚程度...そのままでも軽く味が付いていたので出汁醤油で湯煎されたモノなのかなぁ...食べ応え的にゎ肉好きの漏れ的にゎまぁまぁ...(笑) んで別皿で付属される薬味ゎ万能ネギ&揚玉&おろし生姜...まぁ過不足もなくマズマズの感じ…(^_^; んで『かしわ天』が無かったので仕方なく頼んだ『とり天』...何気に漏れの後客の大半が頼んでマスなぁ...(^_^; 何気に揚げ立て熱々のそのままを食べてみると、思ってた以上にシットリ食感の柔らかジューシーでマヂ( ゚Д゚)ウマー♪ こんな柔らかジューシーなとり天ゎ初めて食べたゎ!!w(゜O゜)w ただホントに残念なのが、漏れ的にゎコレゎ『塩』で食べたかったのだが、卓上調味料ゎ『七味と醤油』のみ...生姜無いので今日ゎうどんツユと卓上の醤油で食べたが若干の物足りなさゎ感じたカナ...(^_^; まぁ取り敢えず完食完飲♪...コレで漏れ的にゎ腹半分かな...(^_^; てか店内ゎコンクリート打ちっぱなしの壁面に間接照明も効いたヲサレな感じ...女性3人での切り盛りだが接客&挨拶等ゎ問題無し... 何気に税別表記で少し割高なメニュー構成に軽い違和感ゎ感じるが一応再訪ゎ有りの方向で考えてみよう...(笑)

After a leak, most of the customers asked for it ... (^_^; When I tried it, it was soft and juicy with a more sizzling texture than I expected. I wanted to eat it with "salt", but I only had the tabletop seasoning "Shichimi and soy sauce" ... I didn't have ginger, so I ate it with udon tsuyu and tabletop soy sauce today, but it's a little unsatisfactory. I felt Kana ... (^_^; Well, for the time being, I've finished eating and drinking ♪ ... I think it's leaky and half-hungry ... (^_^; Inside the teka store ゎ It feels like indirect lighting is effective on the wall surface where the concrete is left untouched ... There is no problem with customer service & greetings etc. It feels a little strange, but let's think about it in the direction of revisiting ... (laughs)
