 They always serve delicious meals. Also, the employees who move quickly are very shining. The Soshigaya store is a very nice dining room that is closely related to the local area. Personally, I recommend Katsudon and Tantan Udon.

バックヤードは、かなりお客様に見られる空間。ちり紙で鼻をかんだら、手を洗うべし。接客応対は立ってすべし。仕事中は専念すべし。（仕事に関係無いことは全て慎むべき）例えば、私物の本を読んだり、スマホ?で音楽聴いたりと、お客様から受け取られる全ての出来事。あり得ないですよね。仕事とは人前に立つことですから❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食券を買う時、クーポンの入れ方が分からず店員さんに聞いた。すだちとり天おろしうどん、サッパリ、うどんのコシは強めで美味しかった。駅前の吉野屋の方が混んでいるのは食券システムのせいかな、高齢の方が食券販売機の前で悩んでいた。
定番の親子丼も安定して旨いのに。
When I bought a meal ticket, I didn't know how to put the coupon and asked the clerk. Sudachitori tempura udon noodles, refreshing, and firm udon noodles were strong and delicious. The reason why the Yoshinoya in front of the station is crowded is probably because of the meal ticket system.
