3月22日の夜は、ザスターバーへ。この日は6人での会食。約1年ぶりにお会いできる主賓を囲んでの会合です。マンボウ明け翌日で、百味庵の8人用個室での開催を予定していましたが、突然決まった「リバウンド防止期間」で、5名以上での開催が難しいとのこと。そこで、同じ六本木ヒルズクラブ内で、現在バー利用を休止している、定員27人のザスターバーを貸し切り。 4名テーブルを2台使用して、百味庵から料理を運んでもらう方法で、無事開催することができました。いつも機転が利くスタッフの皆様に感謝です。節電中のため、いつもより明かりの少ない東京の夜景ですが、朝から降った雪があがり、遠くまで見えていました。まずは泡で乾杯。ポール　メッサー　ブリュット先付　嶺岡豆冨御椀　桜鯛餅粉揚げ越乃景虎〔新潟〕造り　　天然鮮魚　二種中トロと金目鯛でした。ヘリテージ　エステート　シャルドネ焼八寸鯒しば味噌焼芹とうるいのお浸し蚕豆醤油煮筍と独活の木の芽味噌和え羽太鮨煮物　地鶏塩焼と新じゃが旨煮ヘリテージ　エステート　カベルネ　シラーズ食事筍の炊き込みご飯赤出汁香の物デュワーズ　ホワイト　ラベル富乃宝山甘味　水菓子盛り合わせ安定したおいしさの和食と、たっぷりのお酒。ゆったりした空間で、気のおけない仲間での会食を楽しみました。
