Japanese bartender are known for being great cocktail makers and at the B bar you will get what you are asking for : perfect cocktail.
You need a budget to go to that kind of place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet cocktail bar with impeccably trained bartenders and ultra discreet service. Also, the bar is a tribute to the brand, whatever you think of it, so come prepared for that. The good: quiet, restrained atmosphere and perfectly executed cocktails. Avoid this place if you're looking for a party or an extensive selection of 'craft beers' or other gimmicks. The bad: vastly overpriced and gimmicky crystal. But it's quiet and if you need a place for a chat you could do way worse.
