Price point.
Everything was meticulously prepared: the warm bread, scallop appetizer, steak with vegetables and the dessert with espresso. I will absolutely come back here if I am in Roppongi Hills.
Note: you could buy a set four course menu with two drinks that includes steak, directly from their website for less than $100 per person (90,000 yen plus tax).
Note2: it also has outdoor seating.

It's always the same problem everywhere, when fries are involved, either the burger or the fries are cold. This said, the burger itself was not overwhelming, all in all... maybe there are better things to order and better places to have lunch maybe...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent meal. The bar side manager speaks English very well, and will gladly help with any dietary concerns (I am lactose intolerant). The atmosphere is also very nice, and the rest of the wait staff is very friendly! If you're English, you will feel well at home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality but it does come with a premium price. I was very happy with my meal and the food tasted great. Service was quick and attentive. I would recommend this restaurant for dinner. The whole ambiance of the restaurant and this floor of the hotel/Roppongi Hills shopping area was great.

The Oak Door provides comfort food, cordial customer service, and meticulously clean restaurant! I enjoyed their lunch course every minute of it!
I observed that there are spacious tables for families including babies so I confidently recommend anyone who love the taste of freedom America!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Went there for a birthday party and we have reserved a private room. The room is very practical to use. It was a good service and good food. We had a course.
There is a nice bar, and restaurant and good terrace outside. They also have live music ? regularly on the weekends.
The staff are also English speaking so very good experience.
You can also come with children !
The chicken is very recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the ambiance of this bar and restaurant. Service was quick and friendly. The food was decent and it's a must visit if you are staying at the Grand Hyatt. The drinks were also delicious and they have a good selection of in house cocktails. I recommend this restaurant for first dates or romantic dinners.
