ガッツリ系が多く、バランスを求める自分としては「栄養管理士監修」のなんたら弁当意外の選択肢がありません。
I can get most of them, but I don't really have a repertoire of bento boxes.
There are many gutsy systems, and as a person seeking balance, there is no option other than a bento box for "supervised by a nutrition manager".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ミニスーパー。生活必需品が揃っているので便利。イオンのPB商品もありますが、そうでもない店もいいですね。近所にある赤札堂ジョイシーやピアゴと比較して安い商品も多い印象です。
Mini supermarket. Convenient because it has all the necessities of life. There are Aeon PB products, but stores that don't are also good. I have the impression that there are many cheap products compared to the nearby Akafudado Joysee and Piago.
